Customer Authorization & Service Agreement
I hereby authorize Mobile-Tech Auto Care, LLC (“Company”) to perform the automotive services described in the associated estimate or invoice, including the use of necessary parts and materials. I authorize the Company and its employees to operate my vehicle for purposes of testing, inspection, or relocation in connection with the services provided. Customer assumes all risk of damage or loss to the vehicle arising from test drives or repositioning, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company. Mobile-Tech Auto Care, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time. I understand and agree that an express mechanic’s lien may be asserted against the vehicle if payment is not made in full upon completion of the work. Mobile-Tech Auto Care, LLC is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items left in the vehicle, or for damage caused by fire, theft, accident, or other events beyond the Company’s control. Customer is advised to remove valuables from the vehicle prior to service. Unless otherwise stated in writing, no warranties are provided for labor or services. Any parts provided may carry a manufacturer’s warranty. If legal action is required to collect unpaid amounts or enforce this agreement, I agree to pay all reasonable legal fees and costs incurred by Mobile-Tech Auto Care, LLC. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Diego County, California. I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to the above terms, and that I have received a copy of the associated invoice or estimate.
