1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website, scheduling a service, or making a payment through our online portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About our services

Mobile-Tech Auto Care provides mobile oil change services performed at your location within our service area. Services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Booking and scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system. By submitting a booking, you confirm that you have authority to authorize work on the vehicle listed. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within your scheduled window; however, arrival times may vary due to traffic, weather, or prior service delays. We will notify you of any significant delay.To cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. 4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service or as indicated during online checkout. We accept the payment methods listed on our website. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; prices displayed at the time of booking will be honored. Online payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Mobile-Tech Auto Care does not store your full payment card details. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the amount shown for the services selected.

5. Vehicle condition and liability

You represent that you have the legal right to authorize service on the vehicle. Mobile-Tech Auto Care is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions, mechanical failures unrelated to our services, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided at booking (such as incorrect vehicle make, model, or oil type). Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

6. Service satisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 3 days of the service date. We will work with you in good faith to resolve any issues. Refunds or re-service are provided at our sole discretion.

7. Customer portal and account

If you create an account through our customer portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is the property of Mobile-Tech Auto Care or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
