Checklist
This checklist is meant to provide you with information before we arrive to service your vehicle. For questions regarding our other policies please click the following links:
1.
Please ensure your vehicle can be positioned on solid and level ground before we arrive. This is for the safety of our technicians and your vehicle. If your vehicle is not located on a proper surface, our technicians or you will have to move your vehicle before we can begin work.
2.
Please make yourself available at the start time of your booking. We will need the keys to the vehicle. Additionally, we will require you to review your invoice and sign our service agreement before the start of service.
3.
Please remove any valuable or sensitive items from inside your vehicle. Mobile-Tech Auto Care, LLC and our technicians are not resposible for the loss or damage of any items inside the vehicle. Additional information regarding our liability during the service can be viewed here and will also be on your invoice.
4.
Please make yourself available near the approximate end time of your appointment so we can return your vehicle keys and give a quick breakdown of the service to review any important items that may need additional maintenance.
