Booking Policy
1. Overview
Thank you for choosing Mobile-Tech Auto Care, LLC for your mobile oil change and auto care needs. To ensure the best experience for all of our customers, we have established the following booking and appointment policy. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Scheduling an Appointment
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, customer portal, or by contacting us directly. When booking, please provide the following information:

Your full name and contact information

Vehicle make, model, year, and mileage

Preferred service date, time, and location

Service(s) requested
Appointments are confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation from us via email or text message. Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Free Cancellation / Rescheduling Window:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment time will be processed at no charge. You may reschedule to any available future time slot at no cost.
Late Cancellation / Rescheduling Fee:
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the originally scheduled appointment time will be subject to a late fee of $30.00. This fee helps offset the costs of technician scheduling, travel, and reserved time blocks that cannot be filled on short notice.
Note: The $30.00 late cancellation/rescheduling fee will be charged to the payment method on file at the time of the cancellation or rescheduling request.
3.2 No-Shows
Customers who do not appear for their scheduled appointment and do not contact us prior to the appointment time will be considered a no-show and will be charged the $70.00 No-Show fee. Repeat no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.
4. Company-Initiated Cancellations
& Rescheduling
Mobile-Tech Auto Care, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment in the event of circumstances beyond our control or operational needs, including but not limited to:
•Severe weather or unsafe driving conditions
•Technician illness or emergency
•Equipment failure or vehicle breakdown
•Other unforeseen operational issues
In the event that Mobile-Tech Auto Care, LLC must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as promptly as possible via the contact information provided at the time of booking. We will make every effort to offer a suitable alternative appointment time at your convenience.Full Refund Guarantee:If Mobile-Tech Auto Care, LLC cancels or reschedules your appointment for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all costs paid in connection with that appointment. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Appointment Arrival Window
Our technicians operate within a service arrival window communicated at the time of booking. We will do our best to arrive within the stated window and will notify you if we are running ahead of or behind schedule. Please ensure that your vehicle is accessible and ready for service at the start of the arrival window.
